I was thinking that very same thing. It has an expiration date a couple months out, but I can't see it getting any worse than it already is.

I haven't completely given up on it. There has GOT to be a way to make it edible. Maybe...

I actually like spam but I can’t imagine making it out of turkey.

I like spam very occasionally, but turkey spam isn't even close to the original, in my opinion. It only contains ~25% of the fat that the original has, but if it tastes like ass, what's the point? Maybe I'll mix it in with the dog's food the next time she's here and see if she will eat it.

Also, if you have never tried jalapeno Spam, you’re missing out.

You guys, this is

Hubby doesn't like sweet dinner, so I cut the brown sugar in half. Still too sweet for him, but salt and lots of pepper on his serving helped that.

Make sure to steam the veggies quick, carrots 2 min, add sugar snap peas for 30 seconds more.

I served with linguine, just because rice is not a favorite.

No need to trade. You can have it. Just let me clear it with the boss. She's not too crazy about processed stuff anyway. It just presented itself, so she didn't turn it down. I just want to clear it with her first.
