I started a recipe war..:ohwell:
Not a war but I've watched soft crabs come out of restaurants coated is what looked like pancake batter an grease dripping off of them . Not for me.

If any of you remember China Harbor in Solomons owned by Miss Evonne , they made a panko crusted soft crab, it was my 2nd favorite way to get them . They were great !!!

Yep..that sounds nasty. Less coating the better for me.

I love my chicken naked.

I usually cut crabs in half and remove anything that I wouldn't eat from a hard crab, then lightly coat with House-Autry seafood breading and deep fry.

McKay's spicy rotisserie chicken. Be forewarned that when they mark something "Hot" it means "Spicy" hot. :hot:
