I did Asian veggies, forgetting how much I hate snowpeas because they have those icky strings in them. Over top of it I dumped some chicken curry I made yesterday.

Went to Roadhouse and ordered the ribeye medium rare and it was medium well when I cut into it. Before I even said anything the waitress said "That's way over cooked, I'm telling the manager to get you a new one!". So they brought the new one with more broccoli that was the side and sent me home with the over cooked one also. I see a beef stir fry in my future. I also brought home half of the good steak for lunch tomorrow.

Well that was nice! Usually they pitch it or one of the workers eats it. (Do they still let restaurant workers eat mistakes? Probably not.)
I was happily surprised also! I don't know about sit down restaurants, but I know from people I know that work at a few fast food places and a pizza place that they still allow employees to eat wrong orders.

A disappointing chicken-fried-steak from Aldi (frozen). Most of the time, I'm pretty pleased with things from there, only 2 items so far that I will never get again. This fried steak and their frozen meatballs. Both terrible.

I agree with the meatballs. I won't bother with the other.

Had a late morning, breakfast of cream of wheat, since it was so bitter outside this morning. Skipped lunch and made an early dinner.

Beef stroganoff over noodles, green beans, and carrots.

picked all the mushrooms and green onions out of a spoonful of the beef stroganoff so Ruby could have some.

Snow crab clusters and butter, so far. What should I serve with them? I really don't have a clue.
