What's for dinner?

I chopped up some thawed chicken, added some veggies from the fridge (broccoli, carrots, celery, red pepper), a can of mushrooms, frozen green beans, a can of cream of mushroom soup, bouillon and water, paprika, bay leaves and pepper and threw it all in the crock pot.
I hope it turns out edible and delicious- my husband and I are both bored with our normal cooking :lmao:

I was supposed to make pork chop and au gratin potato casserole last night. My daughter called just as I was getting ready to peel the potatoes, we got involved in a deep conversation and before I knew it, it was 7:45, too late for that dish, so just had some sandwiches from left over stuffed ham. The casserole is delayed until tonight.

Just sneakin' around....
Minute steak (or cubed steak or pounded steak, whatever you want to call it) on a garlic toasted Ciabatta.

Well, it was edible but not scrumptious! Husband made instant smashed spuds and some Stove top stuffing he'd been having a hankering for.
It was all kind of Meh. But I'll be eating it for a couple days because I hate throwing perfectly good food away. Even if it doesn't rock my taste buds into oblivion :roflmao:

Throw it away. Life's too short.

Water is still out here. If it comes on by dinner time I'll make a cheeseburger wrap. If not, I have some lovely black cherry preserves and fresh ground peanut butter to spread on multigrain bread. :jet:

Spaghetti because it's quick and easy when you're starving and don't feel like junk.
..garlic bread and salad.

Today was lots of errands and hair day. Sitting in the chair it came to me what I wanted.
