Plus it's fun to say too. Spatchcock.Convection roasted BBQ spatchcock chicken. Whoever invented spatchcocking a bird deserves their own Hall of Fame. Cooks in half of the time, skin nice and crispy, breast juicy, and done at the same time as the drumsticks and wings.
What ever happened with the sauerbraten?Haven't gotten to it yet. Last few weeks have been busy with the Nephew moving out, changing things around at the house and a new dog.
I'm gonna pickup a nice size roast this weekend and start the process on Sunday. I've already got most of what I need.
