The last of the kale is for dinner. Asparagus is up, so it's next!

Today is a good day for chili in the crockpot. I love serving it over romaine and topped with a little cheese and sour cream. Wish I had thought to pick up avocado at the grocery store Weds but it is not worth going out on this crappy day to get!
I also picked up two huge artichokes and they can be lunch!
