Decided to spare the lizards since it was raining....so did ground
Italian sausage with peppers, onion, celery and tomato over bow tie pasta. Tums for dessert.

Charred lizard! Didn't notice until I was almost done grilling that a lizard must have been hiding right under the edge of the infrared grate. He didn't make it out in time, just saw his charred remains.

My chicken had a great flavor!

Note: While smoked Gruyere sounds good, and it is... it doesn't melt and turn crispy. The half bottle of chardonnay helps ease the disappointment.
