Turkey and bacon, horseradish cheddar on whole wheat toast. Potato chips, onion dip and ice tea.

Just sneakin' around....
Still experimenting with the smoker. Had a couple of russet 'taters, put them on the smoker for an hour and 15 minutes @ 400* with cherry blend. Came out just about perfect, crispy skin, puffy insides, with a very different, but not overly smokey flavor. Really good. Went well with the leftover meatloaf reheated in mushroom gravy.

We went to the gas station for Cubans. I'd been hearing about these since we moved here, and FINALLY got to see what all the shouting was about.

They were pretty good but not the best I've ever had.

Center cut sirloin on the charcoal grill with grilled onions and mushrooms, home made tri-color pasta salad, and mixed greens salad with chunky blu-cheese dressing. Followed up with Woodford Reserve on the rocks. Dining alfresco on the water. Some times you just gotta treat yourself.
