Went to a b-day party for my wife's 91 yr old aunt at Carrols Creek Cafe in Annapolis, food was fantastic, service was the best I've been party to in years..All in all, great meals for everyone. Lewnes's (which I love) sits about a block away and it will be a hard choice between the two the next time I am in Annapolis for dinner.

When I was in Helen GA I impulse bought a bag of "17 bean soup". Not sure why I do things like that, but tonight I had ham & bean soup.

Did some delmonicos on the pellet smoker, first time I tried a steak on it. Turned out great, smoked at 190 for 90 minutes, pulled it off(internal temp was 135) and raised the temp to 500, once up to temp, put it back on 4 minutes a side..came out perfect. Also, baked potato and corn on the cob..Great dinner, was pleased. :)

Fried pork chops, mashed potatoes with gravy, stewed tomatoes and a salad.
My grandmother made once in a while. Wish I knew how..do know she put bread in hers....I think whenever we had fish she made a pot....
