I didn't say it was bad, just not my thing. The ramen soup was spicy! Enough to make me cough, repeatedly.Well shoot...cross that one off my list of "want to try". I love me some good Korean food.

Sushi style.Buddy of mine just got back from fishing off the outer banks. Dropped off a beautiful tuna filet and several petit dolphin fillets. And my oldest daughter is rolling back in to the compound in a few...back from a long week in Portugal. So I know what we're having for dinner...just haven't yet decided exactly how I'm going to fix it all.
Nope.Sushi style.
No big secret… It’s just fishing bait wrapped in rice and seaweed.Don't get me wrong...I've had some amazing sushi while attending banquets in Korea and Japan..but it was all fixed by someones that knew what the fawk they were doin'... ;-p
Yahbut... I was a VIP guest of the RoK Navy Admiral CO of their Special Warfare command that was passing command to his successor AND it was the 50th anniversary of that SpecWar command being stood up. There were no less than 6 sushi chefs on the sushi food line (there were 6 food lines..each about 30 feet long..each with different Korean specialities) ...some of the most amazing sushi I've ever eaten. But I digress... SGI always gripes about my status as a god of advanced marine vehicles. He does the grunt work..I roll in and attend the banquets and take all the credit. It's a living. No big secret… It’s just fishing bait wrapped in rice and seaweed.
