No I didn't miss the spelling of the word. I said in your 'definitions', where they discuss the meaning of the word and use it in a sentence. Keep on shoveling!

And your point is?

It clearly states in the beginning that the word can be spelled in a variety of two ways being that of 'judgment' and 'judgement' in which both mean literally the same.
