I have way too much programmed in this scanner and I actually see Tac 1 and Tac 3 scrolling by but Charles County is chatting over them. They even have Calvert in here, and since I am not that familiar with Calvert or St. Mary's, Calvert has to go.

Units are going in service and requesting to assist down there in Charlotte Hall. They are telling them to call the duty officer, so it doesn't sound like it is over.

I just think that if they only had the shooter and the guy he shot in the building, they would have gone in by now. It really does sound like he has a few hostages. I might be wrong. :shrug:

Also, it is starting to thunder and lightening down here, so I am sure it is doing it there at the shopping center.

I was just told Bob the owner was shot and has died! My mother told me this...he taught my mother to boot scootin boogie....:sad: She just called me.

A bystander at the scene told The Bay Net the owner of Hairtasia had been shot and was being held hostage inside the store. He said the dispute was with a former lover of the owner.

This information is speculative, and has not been corroborated with police officials.

Personally, I think it's ignorant to have posted anything about this owner-guy at all ... no one knows what's going on in that store except the people in it.

I'd be mighty pissed if that guy was a family member of mine, and I had someone calling me telling me he was dead because they read it online until it's known for fact that he was even in there when this happened.

Now that is incredibly screwed up if that is the case, because that would mean, all this time, they have been scouting out a building without a suspect in it and he gained all that valuable time beating feet. They need to get that name out as soon as possible now.
