Now that is incredibly screwed up if that is the case, because that would mean, all this time, they have been scouting out a building without a suspect in it and he gained all that valuable time beating feet. They need to get that name out as soon as possible now.

I certainly would not believe anything they say. From my source the last name of the suspect starts with a S, but is not Stillwell. It was not a random murder, or a robbery, but a possible lovers spat.

according to detectives on the case, police are not ruling out some other cause of the homicide, including a gay connection.

WTF? What does "a gay connection" mean? If it was a woman murdering a man I doubt their story would say that "a straight connection" was being investigated.

Maybe they were referring to dance shoes - there's that little shop between the highways in New Market - Dream Makers. Or maybe sport shoes - Tri County Sports is in Charlotte Hall.

I haven't followed this thread at all - so this info might be old, but I'll throw it out there in case it's not -

I heard (and keep in mind, this is third-hand info, although it comes from people that know the victim) that the victim, the owner of this hair-place, Bob, was beaten with a hammer and left for dead. There was no hostage situation - and while everyone was milling about, trying to figure out what to do, this fellow died from his wounds.

Apparently the shopkeeper in the next store down kept trying to tell everyone that there were no hostages, and nobody else was in the store - and he even attempted to get into the hair place, but was refused entry.

Not offering opinions on this - just throwing it out there.

And remember I heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend.
