Where do you do most of your grocery shopping? Why do you like it?

(Not really - I go to shoppers food warehouse.)

I go to BJ's first because they usually have what I need without a lot of fru-fru crap to weed through. Then it's usually Giant because I can find the rest of the stuff I want and they have a good selection.

Ukrops-clean, hand sanitizer and towels at the door, folks actually bag your groceries and insist on taking them to your car, great cuts of meat, cashiers actually are pleasant, everything fresh and did I say their stores are very clean?? :yay:

After I quit SFW, I'm never setting foot in another grocery store for the rest of my life. I'll merely hire a grocery slave to do all of my shopping for me.:yay:

My favorite is Woodburns because it's within walking distance of my home.

My un-favorites are every place that's farther away.

FoodLion in Callaway or SFW for most of my shopping...Raley's has the best meats and chicken around, but not great produce.

HATE the FoodLion in the square, it STINKS!!!

I dislike grocery shopping as well...

For me, it's whoever is having the best sale. Usually don't do Food Lion because they just never seen to have what I need.

Giant and Safeway are the two top leaders with Giant having a slight lead. Safeway tends to be pricier, unless you catch one of their really good sales.

I like Safeway. It has enough selection, prices are fair for the most part.

LEast favorite is Food lion. That store is :barf:

Sometimes I go to Safeway, sometimes I go to Giant. I rarely go to Food Lion cuz its ghetto and they never have crap.

I really miss my Super Walmart. I could get everything there but if we are talking about St. Mary's County. I shop around. I do sales shopping but for convenience it's McKay's, Foodlion because unless it's on sale it's to expensive to shop at Shopper's or Giant. And I travel for my meats. The only place to get good meat is Nick's of Clinton and they've built a new one in Prince Frederick.
