talked to Calvert cop who is checking with the sex offenders unit to see if there is anything they can do. It just makes me sick to my stomach to think he is with her and in the same area as this jack. but i will keep everyone updated.

well the good news is that he wasn't a "child" sex offender right? so you should be ok...but I still understand why you'd want your kid out of the situation.

Did you call the number I sent you in your karma? That was the name and number to the supervisor of the sex offender unit in the area you said he resides. He wouldn't directly supervise the person, but I will guarantee it will be properly checked into.

talked to the sex registry Sgt Bosman he assured me that there was no probation or anything of that nature that they would have a unit go to his house to make sure he still resides where he said he did and he said that they would go by the other house where my son is to check on him for me. I was really suprised at how they responded to my concern. What a difference between Calvert and PG with thier concerns

Update!!

Just a little update for those of you who are keeping up with this.


Wed nights i get my son overnight every week it has been this way for a while. Thurs morn my sond mother is supposed to pick him up from me near my house. This morning around noon She showed up to pick my son up. She got out of the car and i asked her if my son had a jacket she proceeded to scream at me yeah i got a jacket for him what do you got. I ignored her as usual and tried to go about my business. I walked to her car and wanted to say goodbye to my son and she told me to get out of her face. we argued foir a bit and she decided to spit in my face and then slap the ever livin #$*! out of me! I pushed her back and she continued to hit kick punch and spit all over me. I got back in my car and started to leave she decides to go over and call the police from some strangers phone i call my lawyer and then the police and drive home. on the way home i get pulled over and taken out of my car. The officer asked what was going on and i showed him the marks she left on me and he decided to take pictures. 3 other cops show up and one goes to where she is and questions her she tells them i assaulted her but yet she has no marks on her as i do. The officer got a statement from the stranger with the phone and he told them i was the aggressor BS!!!!!! He said i pushed on her face with my finger and that is what started it all well guess what the freakin police showed back up and arrested me the one who was assaulted WTF!!! The officer told me that the state doesnt like to make dual arrest on a domestic case especially if it is a mom. He told me that she admitted to him that she assaulted me but that he could not arrest her because the state frowns on that. well needless to say the sergant called the officer back and told him they could not arrest me if they didnt arrest her since i have the marks on me and she shows no sign of assault from me and it was just not right . did i mention that this was on the way to the police barracks. So they sent me home and told me i had to file charges of assault on her if i wanted her charged and that i was going to be charged with assault by her from the police officer and i will have to go to court.


See this is exactly what i was talking about the people that do what they are supposed to always get screwed now how is this going to look when i go for custody she will surely brin this up in court. anyway sorry for ranting. Thanks for listening.

You shouldn't have touched her. A witness says you started it. It sounds like you and the mom both need to do some growing up, and quick.

Your child saw the two people he loves the most hitting each other and screaming at each other, yet you and his mom both think you are the victims. :rolleyes:

Does it do your son any good for either of you to go to jail? Does it help him to see you guys fight? It's time to get your ego under control and think about what is best for him, not what you want.

Sorry man, hope things get better but unless you can prove shes an unfit mom or she gives you full custody, get ready for a heck of a ride.

i think proving she is unfit will be easier than i thought. I am ready for the ride. I will do whatever it takes to make sure my son is taken care of
