Medium rare with a TON of seasoning.
My burger tasted like it had an envelope of this Dressing Mixes | Hidden Valley® in it. Not an envelope in the batch of burgers, but an envelope in my burger. I wouldn't have even noticed a little salt and pepper.
Where was this at?
You can say that again. That's because you are not right in the head.

Wait.
I'll say it.
She ain't right in the head.
Not sayin'. I'll let someone else post about their burger after they get one.
Well, I don't want that nasty burger. Please help me not make that mistake.
No seasoning indicated on the menu. I would believe it would be safe to assume that there wouldn't be any.

I will add that they did, however, describe the type of meat they used in their burgers. It didn't make sense that they would go to those lengths to describe this wonderful meat, then not describe how they'd be ruining it.
Seriously? How many restaurants have you seen that actually list what types of seasons that they use on their meat? How many restaurants have you been to that actually serve unseasoned meat?
Doesn't Red Robin have real hamburgers, no harsh seasoning?
Well whatever. People want what they want, but it is assumed that any meal in a restaurant will be seasoned in some capacity unless you clearly specify otherwise.

I've worked at a few restaurants and do not remember any of them listing seasoning to meat on the menu. When I go out to eat, I expect the meat to be seasoned. Otherwise, why would their meat be any different than any other place? If you want unseasoned meat then you should just tell the waiter/waitress that. Unseasoned meat is not a normal restaurant standard.
