When Ordering a Burger...

No, Red Robin has their own burger seasoning that they use. It contains salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and some other stuff. They sell it by the bottle at their restaurants.

I've only been there twice, kicking and screaming all the way, for family (grandkid) events.

What then?

Then you know you don't like their food and don't eat there again.

I hate the crap at Monterey. The whole restaurant smells like foul body odor and that white mayo #### they insist on stinking up the table with is just vile. Since I know that, I do not eat there. Occasionally I have a business lunch there and I know going in that it's going to be unpleasant and I just deal.

Since other people seem to like it, it would be absurd for me to insist they change their recipes, get rid of the stuff I dislike, and bathe regularly to please me.

I don't like potatoey fries, I like them thin and greasy. But I don't insist Red Robin change their fries to suit me. I simply don't order the fries or I go somewhere else. Or I eat the damn things anyway and don't bother people with my bitching.

I had a really good burger at a new Irish Pub in Waldorf called Grille 13. It was called The Irishman... Burger w/ egg, bacon & cheese...Damn good!

If I were on a strict diet and couldn't have certain things, I'd stay home and cook it myself. I sure wouldn't take a chance at a restaurant. Even if you tell them how you want it, chances are, they aren't going to make it that way.

She rarely eats out... only when necessary and then she selects places that are willing to work with her. She avoids places that don't cusomize. Longhorn is one of those places that works well for her. She is always happy whenever we dine at a Longhorn.

Longhorn's Menu states that it's meats are "expertly seasoned". That would lead one to ask what it is seasoned with. I tried it, didn't like it, but it's not a problem because I can get a steak without their seasoning. See how well that works?
