The storm watch is in effect for our area still from 11 to 1 or so, and we need the rain and the heat relief. What really sucks is that I have a neighbor that leaves their choc lab outside every day while they are at work; they came home yesterday to find their dog dead in the backyard from heat exhaustion. I just found this out like 10 mins. ago. People can be so stupid, and don't deserve to have a pet. :frown: Now, I feel guilty that I should have called animal control! :bawl:

Not my immediate neighbor. A neighbor down the street, I didn't know til now, because another neighbor told me, or I would have done something. I wish I had known. I try to save the world, but it is a daunting task.

Edit: Just a note: forum members should have all information, before they comment on something they think they know everything about, when they don't. The death of the dog doesn't really affect you, except to cause you to make uninformed comments. Are you crying about the dog like I am...no..so, there you have it.
