Yeah, like that POS Shiflett. Tons of DWIs, etc. It took an accident where he orphaned a kid years back on Prince Frederick Boulevard driving drunk and he was put way for a good long time.

What a POS, for the sake of the victim's family, I sure hope this guy gets what he deserves. How many times are people told not to drink/use drugs and drive but he did it anyway.
