Unless this Special Prosecutor has some "smoking gun" evidence that hasn't already been leaked, I'm not sure how she'll get a conviction for murder2.

IMO she way overcharged him if she really wanted/expected a conviction. Unless there is some compelling evidence out there that has been completely kept out of the media...
