Here's what I don't get. The jury is done for the day, they won't start back up until 9 am tomorrow. I imagine right now, they are snug in their hotel room. Why are all the leeches still hanging out in front of the courthouse? 9am tomorrow, they have plenty of time to get back out there.

I don't understand why they are out there in the first place. The jury doesn't even know they are there, let alone the racial tensions that are stirring around the country.

I figure their purpose is to get people riled up. I am feeling pretty apprehensive about what comes next.

It doesn't take much to get people riled up, so I think you may be right. Also, I was wondering how close Kat is to this ridiculous misuse of justice, media, and excuse to get riled up. How many people were shot and killed throughout the country since Trayvon died, that have never been talked about in the media? This whole trial circus is a joke that will, obviously, not have a funny punch line. Pun intended. It makes me think of that saying: 'itching for a fight'. This story would have never had legs if Obama had not gotten involved. It is all very disgusting.

I saw little snippets of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, these two should be the main ones to blame if their are riots. Jesse Jackson actually called Trayvon Martin a Martyr. WTF? These two idiots need to be locked up in a rubber room.

I'm about 80 miles from Sanford, but it's covered on all the local channels. I'm just trying to find something to watch on TV, but every other channel is the "verdict watch".

I would imagine if things go really bad, it would start in FL. You are only about an hour away. It would, also, happen in other states. Let us just pray that people rely on their sense of what is right, instead of an excuse to go crazy. It could be Peter Pan being held responsible for Captain Hook's demise, and people would still find a reason to act stupidly. I am sure you will be glad when this is over; I know I will. At least, our local stations are not inundated with this stupidity. Stay safe.

My husband just asked me if there was a verdict yet, and I told him no, but I just want it over. Then he reminded me that the Jodi Arias case will be starting up again soon. I'm cancelling my cable.

I can always count on the Science Channel to take me away.

I voted innocent and if the Jury follows the letter of the law he will be found innocent based on the facts of the case.

The one thing that kills me about this case is everyone keeps saying Trayvon committed no crime. I agree with that up until the point where he assaulted George Zimmerman!

I can't call this one at all, i have seen juries in high profile cases come out with verdicts that i was not suspecting nor agreed with. I will have to wait until the verdict.

So, still no verdict, but the jury just asked for clarification on manslaughter. There may or may not be a verdict today, I think it may come later this evening.

It's actually kind of fun flipping channels and watching all the reporters in a frenzy. Some of them can't even get their words out.:killingme
