A good spot for a picnic

I just got back from eating my sammich there.

Today is the first time I ever knew it existed (thank you), but I think another forumite beat me to it.

There was a Bud Light can on the beach.

I am so jealous....sitting here in the fluorescent hell eating....

I get 'resentful' when, after a hard day at work, I go to take my Lab for a swim and to relax and I can't because of people fishing...

Why should you be the only person afforded the luxury of going somewhere to relax? This is all very ridiculous....

I think you just kinda want for things to stay the way you like them. I hate going back to a place too and find it crowded or "fee to use". BTW I think you could also register at Duffy's.

Thank you, and I think just.me has gotten too much grief.

It can be upsetting dealing with a once reclusive spot that is now teaming with too many people and pollution.

We want to show our kids what we grew up with, and it's all gone.

I'm grateful for the times I had.

I wonder what their memories will be?

It can be upsetting dealing with a once reclusive spot that is now teaming with too many people and pollution.

My family used to go to a similar area in Va Beach back in the day...Sandbridge. Not reclusive by any means, but very little tourists, and, according to my aunt, much safer. A couple years ago there was a shark attack there.

Any ways you are the one that told me about that place. My kids love to take the Jet ski there and since the point at St. Jeromes is gona be off limits this summer every one will be going there. I also like to take the bike on a cruise down there every now and then.
