NBC article providing cover for Baldwin made a bizarre reference to Hunt for Red October
"If you swap out the idea of guns on a set for something else, though, the relative responsibility between the actor and the crew becomes clearer. Consider one of Baldwin’s other films, “The Hunt for Red October,” a thriller about nuclear submarines. Imagine the script called for an actor on the set of the submarine’s bridge to push a red button. But instead of prop missiles on the submarine, a crew member thought it would be more realistic to use actual Soviet-era SS-20 ballistic missiles connected to that red button. When the actor pushes the button, he’s shocked when it actually launches the missiles, causing catastrophic harm."

Alec Baldwin fires prop gun, killing Halyna Hutchins. But who's responsible?
His case may be one of the rare exceptions in which the person shooting the gun might be the least responsible party.www-nbcnews-com.cdn.ampproject.org
Inject them with some unknown chemical cocktail and force them onto an Alec Baldwin movie set? Just a guess.
These people are frightening. Seriously frightening. Some of Halyna's Instagram post

He’s not aware of the barbed wire no go zone and machine gun emplacements around your home.

Nope. Not yet. But then again, there should never be real live ammunition on a film production set to begin with since they are never used.Has anyone said why a live round was in a prop gun in the first place? One would think a prop gun would never be loaded with real ammo, because why would it be?
As in the case of Brandon Lee they wanted to show the bullets, they removed the charge from the shell but not the primer, it made the bullet go into the barrel a little, they never removed it, they then put in a blank with a full charge, that full charge propelled the projectile in the barrel to kill him.If I may ...

It is obvious that there was no "due caution or circumspection" on the part of Baldwin, the director that handed him the weapon or the armorer that failed to make it a "cold" weapon.30-2-3. Manslaughter.
