We could start and end things at a hotel, Holiday Inn, Days Inn, etc. Get them to give us a reduced rate and donate the proceeds, they can use it as a write off. I have no idea if they would go along with any of this, but it's worth a try.

Agreed, I would guess that most won't be in any shape to drive........and the next morning/early afternoon everyone can eat brunch together before rolling out.

No we're talking 4 star! Another thought is Camp Maria. They have pretty cool little bunkhouses, maybe a Halloween theme night, pig roast, something like that?
