Biden DOJ to Bring Charges in 200 More January 6 Cases at the Last Minute to Throw a Wrench in Trump’s Pardon Plans

Four years later…

The Biden DOJ on Monday revealed it is likely going to charge 200 more Trump supporters related to the January 6, 2021 Capitol protest.

More than 1,500 January 6ers – many nonviolent, first time offenders – have been charged by Merrick Garland’s DOJ in the last four years.

Biden’s DOJ hunted down MAGA grandmothers and other non-violent offenders and threw them in the DC gulag.

Merrick Garland’s prosecutors may unseal indictments at the last minute to derail Trump’s plans to pardon January 6 defendants.

Revolver News recently floated a scenario in which the Biden DOJ unseals an indictment on the January 6 pipe bomber shortly before Trump’s inauguration to throw a wrench in Trump’s possible blanket pardon of J6ers.

The FBI last Thursday evening released *new* footage of the January 6 pipe bomber after Rep. Loudermilk released a report revealing the bureau engaged in a massive coverup operation.

🤯🤯🤯

Biden, with about two weeks left, is trolling us. NBC ran a truly horrible story yesterday headlined, “Hillary Clinton, George Soros and others to receive Presidential Medal of Freedom.” Ugh, now I don’t want one. But the most common reaction to the news on the far-left platform BlueSky was “MAGA heads are going to explode.” In other words, even they can see how annoying and ugly it is.

But wait! There’s more. It got even more annoying. Technically, you can’t say Biden’s awards bonanza wasn’t bipartisan. Earlier this week, in a separate grab-bag of Presidential handouts, Biden awarded a “Citizens Medal” to, wait for it, Liz Cheney.

Wearing a purple dress, Cheney eagerly accepted Biden’s stupid medal “for putting the American people over party” — to extended applause, according to the New York Times. At least, BlueSky regulars loved it since it annoys conservatives.

But the good news is we’ll probably never hear from Liz again.

Nobody sane, especially President-Elect Trump, was pleased with Biden’s presidential generosity. President Trump blasted away on Truth Social, calling Biden’s medals “fake”:

If he’s awarding Soros and Clinton, why not give Karl Marx a Presidential medal, or Chairman Mao while he’s at it? Or Hitler, for providing so much rhetorical ammunition against Republicans. For that matter, given the totalitarian theme, I’m surprised Joe didn’t award himself a medal.

Biden admin working to effectively ban cigarettes in 11th hour proposal a 'gift' to cartels, expert says

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is moving forward with a regulatory rule in the final days of the Biden administration that would effectively ban cigarettes currently on the market in favor of products with lower nicotine levels, which could end up boosting business for cartels operating on the black market, an expert tells Fox News Digital.

"Biden's ban is a gift with a bow and balloons to organized crime cartels with it, whether it's cartels, Chinese organized crime, or Russian mafia. It's going to keep America smoking, and it's going to make the streets more violent," Rich Marianos, former assistant director of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the current chair of the Tobacco Law Enforcement Network, told Fox News Digital of the proposal.

The FDA confirmed to Fox Digital on Monday that as of Jan. 3, the Tobacco Product Standard for Nicotine Level of Certain Tobacco Products had completed a regulatory review, but that the proposed rule has not yet been finalized.

"The proposed rule, ‘Tobacco Product Standard for Nicotine Level of Certain Tobacco Products,’ is displaying in the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) ROCIS system as having completed regulatory review on January 3," an FDA spokesman told Fox Digital. "As the FDA has previously said, a proposed product standard to establish a maximum nicotine level to reduce the addictiveness of cigarettes and certain other combusted tobacco products, when finalized, is estimated to be among the most impactful population-level actions in the history of U.S. tobacco product regulation. At this time, the FDA cannot provide any further comment until it is published."

Fox New Digital reached out to the White House regarding concerns over the proposal if it were to take effect but did not receive a response.

Former President Barack Obama signed the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act in 2009, which granted the FDA the power to regulate tobacco products. In the years since, the agency has worked to lower nicotine levels, including in July 2017 under the Trump administration, when then-FDA commissioner Scott Gottlieb announced it would seek to require tobacco companies to drastically cut nicotine in cigarettes in an effort to help adult smokers quit.
