Trucks Continue Hauling Unused Border Wall for Auction Amid Trump-Backed Lawsuit and Calls From Lawmakers to Stop Biden From Selling Materials (VIDEO)

More footage of the Biden Regime’s sabotage of Trump’s border policy was released last week, showing how the government is still hauling away border wall materials in Arizona to be auctioned off at extremely low prices.

This comes after investigative reporter James Lalino discovered earlier this month that the Biden Regime is using its final weeks in power to auction off massive amounts of unused border wall materials that have been left sitting in the Arizona desert since Biden took office.

Every day, an amount of materials that could build up to half a mile of wall are being transported north to be sold, border patrol agents said. The starting price is $5 for each “32.91’ X 7.91’ Steel Bollard Wall Sections w/Grout,” according to the GovPlanet auction website.

President Trump recently slammed the Biden Regime for using their final month in office to sabotage Trump’s America First agenda by selling “desperately needed border wall for pennies on the dollar.”

The New York Times ran another explosive pardon story yesterday headlined, “Biden Commutes 37 Death Sentences Ahead of Trump’s Plan to Resume Federal Executions.” This morning — before 5am Eastern Standard Time!— Biden (if you believe that Biden was up working that early) or more likely Biden’s Autopen, either one, pardoned the country’s most dangerous, most abhorrent criminals; monstrous men and serial killers who committed unspeakable crimes. Biden cleared the bench, pardoning the entire federal death row but three.

image.png

Somebody needs to put that Autopen back in its box. The Pen —or the Cabbage, I suppose it’s possible he signed them himself— commuted the sentences of 37 men whose heinous acts were so horrifying that the New York Times did not describe or even name a single one. It offered no examples whatsoever, and to make it harder to research for ourselves, did not name the men who received presidential mercy. The Times described them only in reassuringly generic and racially fair statistics: all men, 15 white, 15 black, a token Asian and six Latin-exes, or Latin-‘X’, or however you say it. Hispanic.

Biden curiously made no public statement. He released a crack-of-dawn written statement cynically saying his heart aches for the victims’ families, but he was “guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender.” In the statement, invisible Biden explained “his conscience” guided him to thwart President Trump: “In good conscience, I cannot stand back and let a new administration resume executions that I halted.”

So, he pardoned the Biden 37 out of spite. He didn’t even try to hide it. It was a terrible reason.

I won’t get into the hair-raising specifics of the forgiven crimes either, but only because describing them is so troubling that I refuse to ruin your Christmas Eve Eve. Trust me: the list is a monstrous catalog of depravity and pure evil. But apparently, the list is not newsworthy; apparently, the pardoned crimes are not even worth mentioning by the sycophantic invertebrates who edit the New York Times.

Curiously though, the cowards at the Times meticulously described each of the three men who Biden did not pardon, telling readers their names, ages, race (all white), specific crime, home town, favorite last meal, ball team, eye color, and dream date location. One is a white antisemite synagogue bomber, one is a white supremacist who shot up a black church in Charleston, and the third is one of the two radical Muslim Boston Marathon bombers (white).

Behold the moral flexibility of the progressive worldview: Biden, the New York Times, and progressive Americans are totally against the death penalty unless, like, the person really really deserves it. (And don’t get me started about all the progressive triumphalism over UnitedHealthcare CEO’s killing.)

The Grey Lady was quick to mention, and repeated the point several times as though trying to offset the unbearable psychic burden of the manifest weight of this injustice, that Biden didn’t actually free 37 human demons, not per se, he just commuted their death sentences so that they can live out the remainder of their lives in prison at taxpayer-funded expense.

(Presumably, the option of gender-bending and then transferring to a more convenient women’s prison will be off the federal menu starting January 21st, but I digress.)

The backstory the Times offered was that Biden pushed a bill to kill the death penalty but couldn’t even get the Democrat votes for it. So he’s come up with a game called how much damage can I inflict before the end? In case you wondered who supported pardoning the Biden 37, it was, apparently, race-hustling black lesbians:

image 2.png

CLIP: Blactivists call on Biden to pardon the 37 worst (1:00).

The Times’ article was the punchline to a bad joke about the death of journalism. The Nation’s leading newspaper failed to interview a single person who disagreed with or was troubled by the dramatic, unexpected rescue of the Biden 37. It didn’t quote a single victim’s family member. It forgot the death penalty is Constitutional and probably never even knew Biblical support for capital punishment exists. They turned off the comments.

In short, the Times was deeply embarrassed by Biden’s seemingly illogical partial pardon. But still they tried to make the best of it.

Like Hunter’s pardon, most sane Democrats probably disagree with this pardon. You can pile it on top of that unpopular Hunter pardon, and onto his unpopular group pardon of 1,500 inmates who already lucked into home confinement to avoid catching a cold. Now this. Joe Biden, or whoever is operating his animatronic dummy, seems to be pursuing a scorched-earth policy, bound and determined to do the most unpopular things possible before he is wheeled out of the office.

More on that intriguing possibility in a moment.

Another encouraging story developed this weekend. NBC ran the article headlined, “White House starts scrapping pending regulations on transgender athletes and student debt.” The subheadline explained, “The Department of Education said it was withdrawing the proposal because of ongoing litigation over how Title IX should handle issues of gender identity.”

image 10.png

Late last week, the Biden Administration quietly withdrew two signature policy initiatives. President Veggie Tales abandoned a massive expansion of Title IX that would have allowed cross-dressing college men and school boys to be legally treated as women under federal law. But he scrapped his plan to force Americans who never attended college to pay for 38 million mostly progressive college graduates.

The official explanation for throwing in the towel was, again, Trump-structionism. Officials claimed that allowing Trump to inherit the unfinished rules would give him a chance to amend the rules to suit conservatives, and saving years of public notice and legal wrangling. Here’s how NBC described it:

image 9.png

So much for continuity of government. It’s perfectly reasonable to believe this was just another cynical reaction to try to stymie Trump’s first year. But then again, it could have been another way for Biden to punish progressives. I’ll get to that shortly.

Either way, it’s two fewer things Trump has to deal with, and it was more good news for conservative counter-revolutionaries.

Then-VP Joe Biden Met Hunter Biden’s Chinese Partners in 2013

1735045614036.png

In 2013, Hunter Biden accompanied his father to China on Air Force Two. When he returned, he brought with him a multi-billion dollar deal with a subsidiary of the Bank of China, which is owned by the Communist Party government.

Hunter’s firm, Bohai Harvest RST (BHR), was one of many overseas ventures that the younger Biden launched, as he traded on access to his father. While Joe Biden claimed he had never spoken to his relatives about their business interests, evidence emerged over time — including on a laptop Hunter had abandoned at a Delware repair shop — that he was intricately involved, meeting with Hunter’s business associates and confirming Hunter’s high-level access.

Other photos of then-Vice President Biden meeting with Hunter’s business partners emerged over the years, but the archive obtained by America First Legal is one of the largest and most consequential set of relevant photos ever released. In a statement Monday, the foundation said lawyers for Presidents Obama and Biden had stalled the release of the photos until after the 2024 presidential election — and that hundreds of photos were still being suppressed.

There's a terrifying reason behind Biden's Christmas gift to child rapists and killers. MAUREEN CALLAHAN exposes the cowardly depths of the president's latest act

Remove him. Now.

It's been sold by Democrats as a mercy to allow disgraced President Joe Biden to ride out his term. How much harm can he do?, they ask.
A lot, it turns out. An ungodly amount.

Devastating, unjust, dangerous harms — all exacted by a president we now know, thanks to blockbuster exposés last week, has been cognitively impaired since before Day One.

If the Democratic Party has a shred of self-preservation left, if its leaders hold any hope for rebounding in 2028 as the self-appointed guardians of decency, moral uprightness, and democracy itself, they must remove this dishonorable president immediately.

Early Monday morning, Biden commuted the death sentences of nearly all forty men on federal death row, including child rapists and murderers.
That's Joe Biden's version, I guess, of wishing 'Merry Christmas' to the grieving families of these murdered children.

Ever the coward, he dumped this news the day before Christmas Eve, hoping the bulk of mainstream media will ignore it. No White House pressers scheduled, nothing on Biden's public agenda, our president-in-name-only attempting to slink away like the snake he is.
'No parents should be predeceased by their sons or daughters. I, unfortunately, have that experience too... And, you know, not all losses are equal,' Biden said in a self-serving speech to military families back in 2012.

Biden — having lost his first wife and 13-month-old daughter in a 1972 car accident, and then his 46-year-old son Beau, to brain cancer, in 2015 — should surely know better.

Lexis Roberts was just 12 years old when career criminal Thomas Sanders kidnapped her in 2012 and forced her to watch as he murdered her mother.

Sanders then drove this young girl across the country for days before taking her into the woods, shooting her four times, then slicing her throat so savagely that part of her spine was left exposed.

It took the jury an hour to return a guilty verdict, one that imposed the death penalty.

Yet Joe Biden has taken it upon himself to undo that hard-won justice. Sanders will get to live out his days in taxpayer-funded relief.

Eight-year-old Laura Hobbes and nine-year-old Krystal Tobias went missing on May 8, 2005 — Mother's Day. They were kidnapped, sexually assaulted and fatally stabbed to death, in their necks and faces, by Jorge Avila-Torres.

Before his eventual capture, Avila-Torres went on to strangle 20-year-old Navy intelligence specialist Amanda Jean Snell to death and, in 2010, kidnapped and bound two women in Northern Virginia. He raped one of them, strangled her, and left her for dead on a roadside.

She survived. Her bravery led to his arrest and subsequent convictions in those three murders. A fellow inmate, wearing a wiretap, later recorded the following exchange:

Avila-Torres: 'Does a lion feel remorse when it kills a hyena?'

Q: 'You don't feel bad?'

Avila-Torres: 'Nope.'

Q: 'At all?'

Avila-Torres: 'Nope.'

After his sentencing in the Illinois child murders, Krystal's mother, Marina Tobias, said, 'I just want to say we're glad it's over.'

But it's not over for Marina Tobias -- or any of these grieving parents. Joe Biden has seen to that.

All while he has given his reprobate, convict son Hunter a blanket pardon, despite publicly and repeatedly vowing never to do so.

‘Squad’ Rep. Ayanna Pressley praises Biden for controversial commutations: ‘Death penalty is racist’

Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) commended President Biden Monday for commuting the sentences of 37 federal inmates on death row, arguing that capital punishment is “racist.”

“There is no action more powerful or righteous than sparing someone’s life, and today President Biden is doing just that,” the member of the far-left “Squad” of liberal lawmakers said in a statement.

Pressley, 50, described the 82-year-old commander in chief’s decision to spare dozens of convicted murderers and rapists from death as a “historic and groundbreaking act of compassion that will save lives, address the deep racial disparities in our criminal legal system, and send a powerful message about redemption, decency, and humanity.”

“The death penalty is a racist, flawed, and fundamentally unjust punishment that has no place in any society,” the congresswoman argued. “For far too long, it has been disproportionately weaponized against Black and brown communities, exacerbated systemic inequities, and failed to make America any safer — which is why we’ve urged the president for years to work with us to abolish the federal death penalty.”

“By taking this historic action, President Biden is demonstrating the type of moral leadership this moment demands,” she added.

This morning’s New York Times suggested the year must be finally winding down. A year of frantically chasing each morning’s dramatic headlines could, perhaps, be settling into a mercifully calmer normal. The observation arose from the Times’ top story, featuring a truly side-splitting headline: “A Reflective Biden Harbors Some Regrets as His Term Winds Down.

image.png

Please don’t make me. Trying to imagine Joseph Robinette Biden reflecting over his regrets produces the kind of sharp, intercranial pain that I once experienced at a University of Florida reception where, trapped in a corner, I endured a 43-minute monologue delivered by a tipsy physics professor attempting to explain the fascinating mathematical implications of non-euclidian geometry. I still get a headache thinking about it.

Maybe what the Times meant was that Biden regrets not milking the Ukrainians harder for all that military assistance. But I’m getting ahead of myself.

Possibly even more comical, the Times decorated its already rip-roaring headline with this hilarious, ne plus ultra sub-headline: “President Biden will seek solace and ‘relief’ during a visit with Pope Francis next month.” A comedian can’t ask for better material than that.

Why did the Times enclose the word “relief” in inky, skeptical quotation marks? It wasn’t a coincidence. It happened again in the article’s body, causing me to spend no little time wondering exactly what the Times was trying to tell us. What sordid spectacle between Joe and the Pope are they hinting about? Why won’t they just say it? Is Joe is going to Rome to “relieve” himself? Again?

Oh well. The Grey Lady loves her puzzles. The article offered no help in figuring out what kind of “relief” the Pope plans to provide Mr. Biden, or what kind of “relief” Joe plans to get there.

As to Joe’s Regrets, I was prepared for all sorts of things. Maybe Biden regrets how he handled the botched surrender in Afghanistan. Or maybe he wishes he’d sent Hunter back to rehab for the ninth time instead of sending him on that first errand to Ukraine. Or maybe he regrets not listening to Jill who told him to get his bankers’ boxes of classified documents out of his garage. Or maybe he regrets agreeing to that early debate with Trump.

I can think of all kinds of things Biden should probably regret, assuming regret is an emotion that ever flashes across the six surviving neurons in Biden’s brain.

But no. I was way off. The Times only named a single regretful example. Biden “regrets,” and I am not making this up, that the autopen didn’t sign his, Biden’s, name on the covid stimulus checks like Trump did. That was it. That’s what he’s regretting. That rough beast of Bidenic regret, its hour come round at last, slouches toward Rome to seek “solace” and “relief” from the Pope.

Regardless, the reason I mentioned this at all is how remarkable it was that the top story in the New York Times this morning was a silly puff piece about Biden’s quote-regret-unquote over not being more like President Trump and Biden’s great future vacation plans overseas. If that’s the top news, we’re doing pretty well.

In other words, Christmas was by and large peaceful. Maybe it’ll be a trend.

State Department’s Global Engagement Center, Accused of Censoring Americans, Shuts its Doors

The GEC was initially established in 2016 with the mission to counter foreign disinformation and propaganda. However, it drew significant criticism from conservative voices and free speech advocates who accused the center of overstepping its mandate by targeting domestic speech. Critics, including tech mogul Elon Musk, labeled the GEC as the “worst offender in U.S. government censorship & media manipulation,” pointing to its involvement in what they described as blacklisting practices during the pandemic.

The closure of the GEC follows intense scrutiny and legal action. Notably, the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, alongside conservative media outlets like The Daily Wire and The Federalist, filed a lawsuit against the State Department, alleging that the GEC was part of a broader conspiracy to censor, deplatform, and demonetize media outlets that did not align with government preferences.

According to the lawsuit and subsequent investigations, the GEC reportedly funded a secretive list of subcontractors, leading to the blacklisting of individuals and media outlets based on their viewpoints, particularly those questioning the origins of the coronavirus or sharing news from banned platforms like ZeroHedge. The Twitter Files, a series of internal communications from Twitter disclosed by independent journalists, further revealed how the GEC flagged accounts as potential “Russian personas and proxies” for discussing topics like the lab-leak theory of the virus, which was at the time considered by some as disinformation.

The decision to shut down the GEC came after its funding was stripped from the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), reflecting a pushback from conservative lawmakers who were vocal about their opposition to the agency’s activities. “The Global Engagement Center will terminate by operation of law on December 23, 2024,” a State Department spokesperson confirmed, indicating that consultations with Congress were ongoing to determine next steps.

While some celebrate this closure as a victory for free speech, others express concern over the potential gap in U.S. capabilities to combat foreign disinformation campaigns. Critics of the GEC’s closure argue that without such an entity, the U.S. might lose ground in the global information warfare arena, especially against well-funded propaganda from nations like Russia and China.

Take That! Court Tells Biden Admin to Quit Selling Border Wall Materials

Democrats have long opposed a border wall and have done everything in their power to thwart it:

The Biden administration has been auctioning off border wall parts since at least 2023, with parts listed for sale on auction marketplaces, after it abruptly shut down most border wall construction in 2021....
The Biden administration abruptly ended border wall construction in January 2021 after 450 miles had been built in the first Trump administration. While border hawks say a wall is a critical tool to stopping illegal immigration, some Democrats have said a wall project is xenophobic and ineffective.

That last sentence in the above quote—“some Democrats have said a wall project is xenophobic and ineffective”—perfectly illustrates how clueless and out-of-touch with the American people so many progressives have become. How can they talk about “ineffective” when the Biden administration has let tens of millions of illegal aliens into the country under their watch?

The corrupt Biden regime already has so many stains on its tattered legacy, and selling off legally purchased materials intended to secure our border and protect the American people is just another in a long line of destructive decisions that prove they seemingly want to tear down the United States instead of making it even better.
This figurative slap in the face, along with the November election when the people let it be known loud and clear that they are tired of this nonsense, should be further humiliation to the doddering lame-duck commander-in-chief. Unfortunately, he seems incapable of such self-introspection.

In any case, sayonara—and the new team will go right back to building the wall, thank you very much. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

HOST: Do you think Biden knew what he was signing?

DONALDS: "No. I don't."

"This is the radical left staff that has been running this administration for the last 4 years."

"They should NOT have a merry Christmas, to be blunt [...] We are a country that DOESN'T HAVE a PRESIDENT right now."

@ByronDonalds is exactly right. How are we to believe this was Biden's decision? Especially when in the past, he's bragged about being tough on crime.

Ridiculous Plea Deals for 9/11 Masterminds Upheld, As Joe Biden Burns Everything Down on His Way Out

In news that is sure to stir controversy, the plea deals the Biden administration worked out with 9/11 masterminds Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two others are back in effect. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who was not made aware of the plea deals when they were put into effect, tried to step in and stop them. Unfortunately, a military appeals court ruled he overstepped his bounds in doing so.

A military appeals court has ruled against Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin's effort to throw out the plea deals reached for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two other defendants in the 9/11 attacks, a U.S. official said.
The decision puts back on track the agreements that would have the three men plead guilty to one of the deadliest attacks on the United States in exchange for being spared the possibility of the death penalty. The attacks by al Qaeda killed nearly 3,000 people on Sept. 11, 2001, and helped spur U.S. invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq in what the George W. Bush administration called its war on terror.

It has never been made clear why terrorists who killed almost 3,000 people on September 11th, 2001 needed to be given plea deals. The White House tried to wash its hands of the move as if the most notorious living terrorists in American history could be given lenient terms without direct approval from the president. If that was the arrangement, and no one should believe it was, then it's simply more evidence of how incompetent and inexcusably absent of a president Joe Biden was and remains.
