IRS Accused of Revenge-Targeting Conservative Group That Exposed Biden Admin Nominees

The American Accountability Foundation (AAF), a non-profit organization dedicated to scrutinizing public leaders and institutions, is under scrutiny itself as the IRS examines its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, according to a letter from the IRS to the AAF obtained by The Epoch Times.

The IRS has requested extensive documents from AAF, including all external communications related to its activities.

AAF President Tom Jones believes this move by the IRS is a deliberate politically-motivated crackdown against the organization, in part as retaliation for the watchdog's efforts to draw the public's attention to the radicalism of some of President Biden's administrative nominees that led their nominations to fail.

"This sudden request by the IRS is not random," Mr. Jones said in a statement. The fact that the IRS is demanding records from the group that relate to current public elected officials is "clearly a sign that they are targeting our research and education activities," he added.

"It's a deliberate attempt to punish and suppress AAF's activities. It is surely no coincidence that AAF—the very organization that exposed the weaponization of the IRS—is now the target of it," Mr. Jones added.

Far-Left Islamic Group Presses Joe Biden to Open ‘Temporary’ Amnesty for Palestinians in U.S.

CAIR officials, along with the Americans for Justice in Palestine Action, wrote to Biden on Tuesday evening, asking the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to give TPS — a quasi-amnesty program — to Palestinians in the U.S., as well as offering them Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) to ensure they will not be deported.

CAIR officials write:

We write to you today as representatives of Americans for Justice in Palestine Action (AJP Action) and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) with deep concern for the wellbeing and fundamental rights of Palestinians residing in the United States. We request the Biden Administration to extend Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and authorize Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) for Palestinians in the United States. [Emphasis added]

Extending TPS and authorizing DED stands as a compassionate alternative to the recent legislative proposal introduced by Rep. Ryan Zinke and other Republicans. That proposal seeks to ban Palestinians from entering the United States and possibly expel those who are already here. We firmly believe that such a legislative measure, rooted in fear and exclusion, fundamentally contradicts the principles of compassion, justice, and equality that should guide our nation’s policies. [Emphasis added]

As CAIR noted, their letter comes as Rep. Ryan Zinke (R-MT) has introduced legislation that would deport Palestinians from the U.S. amid war in Israel.

Similarly, the legislation would ban DHS from giving visas, green cards, parole, and refugee status to Palestinians while revoking the visas of those Palestinians currently in the U.S. — making them deportable.

“This legislation keeps America safe. I don’t trust the Biden Administration any more than I do the Palestinian Authority to screen who is allowed to come into the United States,” Zinke said in a statement:

This is the most anti-Hamas immigration legislation I have seen and it’s well deserved. Given the circumstances, the threats to our immigration system and the history of terrorists abusing refugee, asylum and visa processes all over the world, the requirements in this bill are necessary to keep Americans safe. This bill does exactly that. [Emphasis added]

Wake Up America: The Left Is Crumbling Under the Weight of Their Own Hatred

Good things can come from tragedy.

Our "normie" neighbors are finally waking up. They're emerging from their fragile cocoons that protected them from the terrifying truth: our nation is facing a historic, existential threat to the values We the People have, for too long, taken for granted.

The brutality of Hamas's attack on Israel undercuts what bozos like Obama and George W. Bush have told us for years: Islam is a religion of peace. The attack also revealed the unprecedented hatred leftist stains have against Jewish-American people.

On another front, the trannifesto left by the transgender school shooter in Nashville, hidden by the FBI, and recently exposed by Stephen Crowder, shows us lefty hate indoctrination can have murderous results.

Most of us have long known Americans have been under attack from our own Bolshie government since Biden took office. We took notice of things were were told to ignore, lest we be called "racist," "fill-in-the-blank-ophobes," or, my favorite, "conspiracy wackos."

DOJ Announces Arrests in ‘High-End Brothel Network’ Used by Elected Officials, Military Officers, Doctors and More

The Justice Department on Wednesday announced arrests in a high-end brothel network used by elected officials, military officers, doctors and more.

“Three individuals have been arrested in connection with operating sophisticated high-end brothels in greater Boston and eastern Virginia. Commercial sex buyers allegedly included elected officials, high tech and pharmaceutical executives, doctors, military officers, government contractors that possess security clearances, professors, attorneys, scientists and accountants, among others,” the US Attorney’s Office of the District of Massachusetts said.

According to the DOJ, the following defendants have been charged with conspiracy to coerce and entice to travel to engage in illegal sexual activity:

  • Han Lee, a/k/a “Hana,” 41, of Cambridge, Mass.;
  • James Lee, 68, of Torrance, Calif.; and
  • Junmyung Lee, 30, of Dedham, Mass.

According to the charging documents, the defendants operated an interstate prostitution network with multiple brothels from July 2020 to present in Cambridge and Watertown, Massachusetts, as well as in Fairfax and Tysons, Virginia.

🔥 A fascinating story broke yesterday, headlined in CNBC as “High-end brothels serviced elected officials, tech and pharma execs, military brass: Feds.” I’ll skip the picture.

We don’t yet know much. But what we’ve learned so far is that a multi-year DOJ investigation out of the Massachusetts US Attorney’s office made three key arrests in a prostitution sting this week.

The handful of disclosed facts already suggest staggering implications.

First, the three arrested men all appear to be Chinese nationals: ‘James’ Lee, 68, Han “Hana” Lee, 41, and Junmyung Lee, 30. Court papers show prosecutors believe they used other aliases and are flight risks. The men operated a sophisticated, multi-state, high-end prostitution service targeting elected officials, military leaders, and business executives. Sound familiar yet? According to the filed papers, targeted customers also included “lawyers, scientists and accountants.”

The idiots who fell for the scheme were serviced out of luxury apartments, which would have been trivially easy to wire for video and audio. Customers were required to be “vetted,” in a detailed “verification” process that would have completely implicated them in the scheme and made them fully susceptible to blackmail.

If they were, in fact, Chinese spies, they were brilliant. Or, Americans are so stupid the Chinese look smart by comparison. They used our own money to set up the scheme. For example, James Lee’s various business accounts showed deposits of a half million in federal Covid-19 relief funds. The affidavit stated the Covid-19 relief funds were “possibly fraudulently obtained.”

According to the investigating agent’s affidavit, there are “potentially hundreds” of “yet to be identified customers.” The affidavit did not name any of the already-identified customers, but noted their names were excluded “not for purposes of maintaining their anonymity, but instead because our investigation into their involvement in prostitution is active and ongoing.”

We don’t yet know who any of the compromised elected officials, military leaders, or business executives were. But we can guess. The scheme focused on two very telling geographic areas: Virginia — just outside Washington D.C. — and Massachusetts, near major financial centers including New York City.

It’s early and I don’t want to get ahead of the story. But the only way we can start to get a handle on this problem is, in my view, by publicizing everyone involved.

There’s a lot that could be speculated about this developing story. James Lee looks like he could be the Chinese Jeffrey Epstein. I was instantly reminded of Whitney Webb’s prescient book, “One Nation Under Blackmail.”

The Government Wants to Release Grizzly Bears WHERE?

The Biden administration, apparently possessed by the spirits of dead grizzly bears, wants to go ahead with a plan to release up to seven apex predators in the Northern Cascade Mountain National Park every year for the next decade. It's hoped that there will be 200 grizzlies in the park by the end of the decade.

Seeing a grizzly bear from afar is one of nature's most magnificent sights. But the 200 residents who crowded into a hearing about the government's plan to release the beasts just a few dozen miles from their communities aren't thrilled about meeting one of the bears up close and personal.

Congressional Western Caucus Chairman Dan Newhouse (R-Wash) spoke for many at the hearing, which was the Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Parks Service sponsored.

"As a farmer, I worry not only about the bears destroying my crops, but for the safety and well-being of myself, my family, and my on-farm hands," Newhouse remarked during the session. "It is clear you all know that grizzlies can and probably will move out of the zone in which you drop them in, yet rather than letting common sense prevail, are continuing to push forward with this dangerous plan."

"So tell me, what is the agency’s plan for dealing with crop loss and livestock depredation that is inevitable from the introduction of these predators? What is the timeline for issuing lethal permits? And how much will citizens have to lose before they can defend themselves from this predator in their backyard?" he continued.

The DOJ targeted Houck, who leads a nonprofit group that provides sidewalk counseling at abortion clinics in Philadelphia, over an incident from 2021 involving his then-12-year-old son at a Planned Parenthood abortion facility. The family says Houck, who was facing 11 years behind bars and fines up to $350,000, was defending his son from a harassing pro-abortion activist. In January, Houck was acquitted of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances a.k.a. FACE Act charges.

According to the suit, which was filed Monday, Houck is seeking $1.1 million for malicious prosecution, retaliatory prosecution, false arrest, abuse of process, and assault, The Daily Signal reported.

The suit describes the infamous arrest as “unnecessary and unlawful show of force” and an infringement of Houck’s Fourth Amendment rights. Officers used “excessive force” to arrest the activist on “non-violent charges when he had not threatened law enforcement, did not own a gun, and had offered to turn himself in to authorities if indicted,” the suit reads.

New York Times Claims ‘Economic Turmoil’ if Trump Enforces Border Laws

“Sweeping Raids, Giant Camps and Mass Deportations: Inside Trump’s 2025 Immigration Plans,” declared the headline for an article about President Donald Trump’s campaign promises to enforce border policies if he is elected.

The article was decorated with a matching claim from an investor group that lobbies for more migrant consumers, renters, and workers:

“Americans should understand these policy proposals are an authoritarian, often illegal, agenda that would rip apart nearly every aspect of American life — tanking the economy, violating the basic civil rights of millions of immigrants and native-born Americans alike,” Mr. [Todd] Schulte said.

Todd Schulte, the New York Times said, is “the president of FWD.us, an immigration and criminal justice advocacy group that repeatedly fought the Trump administration,”

In reality, Schulte runs a very influential lobby group for billionaire investors, which was founded by Mark Zuckerberg and Silicon Valley investors to push the failed “Gang of Eight” amnesty bill in 2013.

New ‘joint employer’ rule could make it easier for millions to unionize - if it survives challenges

  • A new federal rule could require companies like Burger King and Amazon to negotiate with workers alongside their franchisees or independent contractors.
  • The rule changes a previous rule that made it easy for joint employers to avoid labor negotiations, but critics argue it undermines independent business owners.
  • The rule could make it easier for millions of workers to form unions at big companies, like McDonald's, and improve pay, benefits, and working conditions.

It sounds wonky. But essentially, the rule could widen the number of companies that must participate in labor negotiations alongside their franchisees or independent contractors. For example, it might require Burger King to bargain with workers even though most of its U.S. restaurants are owned by franchisees. Or it could require Amazon to negotiate with delivery drivers who are employed by independent contractors.

“It’s trying to take in the realities of today’s workforce, when many employers subcontract out work and say, ‘Oh, we’re not the employer,”‘ said Cathy Creighton, director of the Buffalo Co-Lab at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. “It’s the employer who is really calling the shots and has the money.”

The NLRB says the new rule changes a 2020 rule that made it too easy for joint employers to avoid their responsibility to negotiate with workers. The 88-year-old National Labor Relations Act guarantees the right of U.S. workers to form or join unions.

But critics say the new rule is an overreach by the labor-friendly Biden administration that undermines independent business owners. Some — including the American Hotel and Lodging Association — have already sued to block it.

“The franchise business model is a really great American innovation. It’s created wealth for thousands, particularly underrepresented minorities and women,” said McDonald’s President and CEO Chris Kempczinski during a recent conference call with investors. “This is something we think needs to be supported, not attacked.”

We Still Have an Iranian Mole Inside the Pentagon

You may recall a stunning report from September that looked into an infrequently discussed Pentagon group known as the Iran Experts Initiative. In it, we learned about one of Joe Biden’s Iranian “experts” who was probably far too much of an expert in this field. Ariane Tabatabai is an Iranian-born aide and chief of staff to a Pentagon Assistant Secretary of Defense. She initially worked alongside the now-suspended Robert Malley on Biden’s efforts to restart Obama’s Iran nuclear deal. But the September report suggests she was working far more on behalf of the Iranian regime than our government. Still, she managed to keep both her new job at the Pentagon and her security clearance. Today, a new report was delivered to Biden revealing that Tabatabai was up to other activities. She worked on a covert campaign to smear the leading opposition group in Iran in support of the Iranian regime. And yet she is somehow still embedded inside of the Pentagon. (NY Post)

An Iranian-born Pentagon aide, who was revealed earlier this year to be part of a years-long, Tehran-backed influence operation, also sought to undermine the leading group resisting the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, according to a new report delivered to President Biden.
Ariane Tabatabai has retained her security clearance and position as chief of staff to the Pentagon’s assistant secretary of defense for special operations and low-intensity conflict — despite a bombshell Semafor report in September detailing her ties to senior Iranian Foreign Ministry officials.
But Tabatabai and founding members of the influence operation, known as the Iran Experts Initiative, were also engaged in a “covert campaign” to smear the nation’s leading opposition group, known as the Mojahedin-e Khalq (MEK), according to a recent report endorsed by former vice presidential national security adviser Lincoln Bloomfield and written by a University of Baltimore professor.

Will this sway Joe Biden to finally take some action? I wouldn’t count on it. We already know that Biden has been bending over backward and shoveling billions of dollars to Iran, all in an effort to curry favor with them. He does this despite being fully aware that Iran is the largest state sponsor of terrorism on the planet and that’s where most of our money goes. That money is currently funding groups that are attacking American forces on a daily basis around the Middle East.

The Biden administration is slow to act as millions are booted off Medicaid, advocates say

WASHINGTON (AP) — Up to 30 million of the poorest Americans could be purged from the Medicaid program, many the result of error-ridden state reviews that poverty experts say the Biden administration is not doing enough to stop.

The projections from the health consulting firm Avalere come as states undertake a sweeping reevaluation of the 94 million people enrolled in Medicaid, government’s health insurance for the neediest Americans. A host of problems have surfaced across the country, including hourslong phone wait times in Florida, confusing government forms in Arkansas, and children wrongly dropped from coverage in Texas.

“Those people were destined to fail,” said Trevor Hawkins, an attorney for Legal Aid of Arkansas.

Hawkins helped hundreds of people navigate their Medicaid eligibility in Arkansas, as state officials worked to “swiftly disenroll” about 420,000 people in six months’ time. He raised problems with Arkansas’ process — like forms that wrongly told people they needed to reapply for Medicaid, instead of simply renew it — with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
