Banana bread just went in the oven. Sprinkled some turbinado sugar on top before going in..makes it extra yum.

Made a bacon, onion, sweet pepper, and sharp cheddar frittata.

Fried potatoes and onions, coffee and pineapple juice.

have enough left over for two more to take to work.

I'm working today so my menu for breakfast is egg and sausage tacos with a peanut butter banana smoothie, then for lunch I've packed ham salad with crackers, a pear, and a green salad.
