I have.
And if you're going to put your boobs on the table, people will look. It's just the way it is and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
Again, I have no problem with discrete public breastfeeding. Half the time you're not even aware it's going on unless you're staring (which is rude). It's the ones that whip out the boob and make a big production out of it, then get pissed when people object, that I take exception to.
I don't know if I can be anymore clear than that.
You didn't answer my question
People can object, but it is leagl to breastfeed wherever you want. You may have a preference as to technique, but a sloppy feeder is a sloppy feeder, just like someone that eats with their mouth open.
You would be hard pressed to find anyone that saw me feed my kids besides my husband. Except all the people in Disney World when the girl geeklet was 6 months old. There were very few nursing rooms, so I would cuddle her in a chair. For the record I was extremely modest, I was private about it for my comfort though, not yours
But there are laws against "indecent exposure." Breastfeeding in public is fine. Accidently having your boob uncovered because your kid is wiggling like a worm; fine, crap happens. BUT, whipping out your boob for the whole world because modesty is too much of an inconvenience is NOT OK.
I'm not saying the chick in the article was or was not at least attempting to be discrete. Unlike Vrai, I don't have much faith in people and they'll complain about the dumbest things; so that means nothing. What I am saying is that if this woman attempted to keep herself covered, I hope her lawsuit teaches Floridians a lesson. If she didn't attempt that, well she's throwing her lawyer money down the drain and that's the way it should be.

Really? Have you ever breast fed? You have to unlatch your bra, position the baby, sometimes when they are little you have to position the nipple in their little mouth a couple of times before they settle in. When they are teething it can be a lot of off and on  Like I said, I was modest. Would you care to show me how to properly breastfeed a child?
2 things:
1) For Christ's sake woman, it's NOT rocket science. You're the one that said it's a natural act, stop acting like you have to be a highly trained professional to do it.
2) Re-directing does nothing other than show you can't argue with my point.
2) I am quite proud of my breastfeeding record. It was hard work.
Nothing wrong with seeing boob... so long as it doesn't have a brat attached to it.
Oh please. Women have been doing it since time immemorial without a problem. Freakin' cave women managed to breastfeed their children.

See, that is alarming. Boobs are designed for babies. Even monkies have boobs.
... And the monkeys don't breast feed in Ruby Tuesdays that I've ever heard of.
Aww. I love Monkies I wish they would let them into Booby Tuesdays
