hey everyboy that was talking about this entire mess i go in front of the board of directors at my fir ehouse to see if i am still suspended or not. the meeting is at 7:00pm. I will let everyone know what happens

I'm guessing you really want them to make the suspension permanent. That is the only possible reason you would get on the internet talking smack about the emergency response. There's an extremely good chance that someone from your department will read your words and hold them against you.

If you wanted your suspension to be lifted, you would have shown remorse and a desire to learn from the experience. Fire Departments have no use for someone who breaks the rules and refuses to learn.

Thought I would let you know Shawn from Company 2, that I just sent an email to princefrederickvolunteers@yahoo.com, about your little story here on the forums..... Maybe if you had more training or what-not, you could have been a great help! But don't complain on here about getting suspended and companies not doing anything or apparatus breaking, do something else with your life, if firefighting is not worth your while!!!!

R.I.P. Bobo, We miss you!
Say what?
She complained that the response time was too slow...not me.
If the kids were supervised by a responsible adult...this would have not happened.
Where were the moms during all this time?

:duel:Geesh, aren't you going a bit overboard!

so firebuff what are u five or something, do u really think i care that u told the department. if you were there u would know where i was coming from. All this happened on a private beach in my neighborhood on memorial day. They suspended me for a unsafe act or putting my life and others at risk. if u were at the beach that day u would feel the same way, i and the rest of my neighborhood feel.I was punished for saving to teenagers from drowning. I know what i did was right and so does everybody that was there. When i went to the hospital that night, i was told by a nurse that has been in the military for 7 years that i was a hero at 16 and that she as not yet been able to save a life. The doctors and nurses thought, i was the boys brother(boy i brought in), because all i was worried about was him making. i did not care if i made it and i couldn't breath or feel my legs. So u go do what u have to do if it makes u feel any better. Oh and by the way everybody that cares the voted me out of the department last night. i don't know the reason yet, because i had to leave very quickly, before the meeting was over, to rush home to my little brother that had gotten bit by a snake. but when i find out i will let u all know. And thank you to all the people that agree with me and also the people that believe what i did was right.

I'm not familiar with a zodika but a Zodiak isn't going to sink.
How old are you?

Most boats can run without a plug as long as it keeps moving.
It can't sit still mind you but when moving the water should run out, not in.

Yes, yes......I know this because hubby forgot the plug one day.

Firebuff - You need to grow up. I think this was totally wrong of you. We come on these forums and are able to speak our minds and we don't need tattle-tails like you running back and saying what we said. This was inappropriate and you should be banned.

Well I wanted him to learn what it is like to not follow the rules, the fire departments around here are really strict when it comes to that, then when this person talks BS about his own department behind their backs, now thats childish, like Bay kat said, I wouldnt want him behind me on a line or him helping me cut a car up..... If you dont want the consequences dont say anything..... Hell I dont even know if they read the email last night or not, I havent gotten an email back from them. But I know some of the members there and they dont like people who talk crap behind their backs, I was helping another volunteer out! Dont talk smack, if you cant take a suspension for what 30 days.. woopty doo!!!

OKay go ahead, but still you have to see it like I do..... Your a volunteer, you get suspended for a week or 30 days whatever... Learn from your mistake, give the firehouse a break, go fishing, drink whatever. But why start talking BS about your OWN department, I would never do that, I'm a loyal volunteer. I dont know how old this Shawn person is, but that was totally stupid, live with your suspension, and come back in with a good head on your shoulders. He did it to himself.

Been reading through the post and just wanted to ask a question when you write, "A Loyal Volunteer" The way I am taking it is you have never spoke or said anything about any of the volunteers in your department on how they should have handle things?
