politicians get voted on, thats why they wouldn't back soemthing that has little popular support but would increase the tax and physical obligaiton of everyone.
You either don't live in Maryland or you're on welfare

Actually the only way to turn it off, is to get an exemption by Congress. Do you see us short folks able to get that through Congress? The government took away my safety by mandating air bags.
so you are a ghost????
obviously you didn't "die" or you would be dead.

But i will conceed that i haven't heard of a bunch of these cases. However i do know they make the passenger side disable-able because they can be dangerous to children, and i guess from what you are saying, tiny women too.
I still am not worried about the breathlyzers, it aint gonna happen.
BTW, in case you didn't notice, we lost the right to drink and drive a long time ago.
Are you serious?
What do you think (defibrulators) those electric shock paddles are for? They are to shock recently DEAD people back to life.

Seriously? I died on impact. I did die. I was dead. And again, if it had not been for a team of paramedics that did not give up on me, I probably would still be dead. I was brought back at the hospital. The paramedics, by not stopping their attempts to save me, gave me that chance to be here right now. Just so I can say you, if you willingly keep surrending your rights to live free, you might as well roll over and die. It may be illegal to drink and drive, but I choose as someone who has never had a DUI or any such offense, to not have another device placed on my car against my free will. To order me to do so, violates my freedom of choice. It also presumes that everybody is guilty. Our judicial system is based upon innocent until proven guilty. The car breathalyzer being mandated is not only a loss of freedom, but also a loss of civil liberty. If we all stand idly by while it passes, then we are as guilty of Socialism as the next person and the American dream will be officially dead.

 She's almost that tall.Doesn't look like that will work. 4' 6" seems to be the limit..."extremely small stature."
I did and they told me to supply them with a statement from my doctor certifying my height, weight, and arm reach. I had to pay extra for that btw. Anyway, once I did that then they told me I had to write my congressmen and ask for him to sponsor me so that I could get a vote held on getting the airbag removed. I got a nice signed letter thanking me for being a constituent.![]()

Just curious...because you don't talk to a lot of "dead at one point" people...do you remember anything from when you were "on the other side"?
Yes, I remember a lot of it, and yes I had an "experience:. And no, there was no tunnel of white light and no burning fires of hell. Without getting all philosophical, it was the most peace and greatest experience of calm and joy I have ever felt (at least until I regained consciousness). I came out of it knowing that you serve a purpose of some kind on this earth, whether tiny or huge, and you aren't taken until you have served that purpose. So live your life greatly.![]()
Nah, she's taller than me.
Nah, she's taller than me.
I'm 5'2" with my shoes on.I'm actually shorter than that. I have a longer upper torso than I do leg length. So I scoot up closer to the steering wheel in order to reach the gas and brake pedals. By sitting closer to the steering wheel, the closer you sit the greater the impact. Anybody who officially measure 5'3" or less should be concerned. You should angle your seat back way from the steering wheel as much as possible. You should also try to angle your steering wheel up as much as possible to keep it from impacting directly with your head. You should be at least ten inches away from the steering wheel, so try to finagle your position as much as possible to reach this distance.
My limited knowledge for the day.
No, I'm widdle taller than you.![]()
