No, she has no responsibility to him for rape. As any reasonable person would conclude. Just as the other guy has no responsibility for someone using his gift for a purpose other than that which was 100 percent intended and understood. Nowhere can she argue that he meant to get her pregnant or expected pregnancy could occur. And yes, the abort question is exactly on topic. If you feel that its a womans right to abort without mans consent, then you are a hippocrit for your other stance.

You need to stop your rampant man hating and realize they can't all be held responsible and blamed for all the shortcomings you have dealt with.

Wrong, I love and adore men...They are the best creation on this earth...Every scenario points to the fact that everyone needs to take responsibility for their actions..Plain and simple.

Effect of saliva on sperm motility and activity.

Infertile couples frequently experience sexual dysfunction during their infertility investigations, including inadequate vaginal lubrication. In a attempt to look for a lubricant that would not impair sperm motility and activity, saliva was added to normal semen from healthy male donors. Saliva induced a "shaking movement" in 12% of the total sperm population incubated with high concentrations of saliva. This phenomenon did not occur with low concentrations of saliva, but sperm motility and progression significantly decreased. The results indicate that saliva has a deleterious effect on sperm motility and activity and should not be encouraged as a vaginal lubricant for the infertile couple.

Suppose the cleaning lady found a used condom in the trash can of a high powered executives bathroom when cleaning. She took it and impregnated herself, then went for him for child support. Is he responsible because he did not to to great enough lengths to ensure the semen was not able to contact an egg?

What is reasonable? This guy was beyond a doubt certain that pregnancy cannot be caused by oral. He ensured he did not make his deposit where pregnancy could occur. Through deciet and a willful act unknown to him the pregnancy occured. That is totally wrong. Unfortunately the courts are not logical and just in these cases. The kid has his DNA, regardless of what deception and imoral means it got to the egg.

#1.what was the exec doing having sex in the exec. bathroom? #2. How do you tell which exec? #3. She would have to had been listening to know there was an full condom of viable sperm just newly spent...
