Giant, Walmart or BJs depending on what's available.

Last nights was Johnsonville, I think. Not great but not bad.

I wish Woods produce was still open. They used to make it right there and it was great.
I get mine from a local fella...he does a couple hundred pounds at a time. Sometimes we trade..I do the traditional sage pork sausage and he does all his italian.

Someone took Woods over and they moved to the building where Lighthouse Liquors is. I can't remember the name...

If they're still making it, i'll have to drop in there on my way home one night. Thanks.
If they are - let us know. Years ago, I used to buy ours over there every year for Christmas and New Year's. I could go stock up for in between. :yay:

Thanx. Squeezed an orange over the hen, then some sweet chili sauce and season salt, set on the high rack. Brussels were sprayed with olive oil, kosher salt and garlic powder, baked in a glass dish.

Goes great on Grilled Chicken.

:sshrug:
How do you do that? How do you even come up with an idea like that? I've got sweet chili sauce I wouldn't think to put it on chicken type dishes. I don't even remember why I bought it.
Just an adaptation of orange chicken. The sauce has orange and other sweet fruits, so it sounded like a match.

Homemade meatball subs, and some seasoned, buttered veggies. I used frozen (all beef) meatballs, made a seasoned marinara sauce out of crushed tomatoes & spread that on borth sides of a fresh sub roll. Then I put the sliced meatballs on top of the sauce, layered some Muenster & Provolone cheese over the meatballs and heated / broiled in the oven. Served with the veggies. Nice quickie dinner.

I get summer rolls from the sushi bar in Harris Teeter. Comes with a packet of sweet chili sauce, but I don't use it, prefer peanut sauce. So I accumulate the packets. Great on both chicken and ribs.
