I get mine from a local fella...he does a couple hundred pounds at a time. Sometimes we trade..I do the traditional sage pork sausage and he does all his italian.

Russell's Bro's moved into the old Wood's building. They are done selling out of it for the winter though.
If they are - let us know. Years ago, I used to buy ours over there every year for Christmas and New Year's. I could go stock up for in between.

Just an adaptation of orange chicken. The sauce has orange and other sweet fruits, so it sounded like a match.
Homemade meatball subs, and some seasoned, buttered veggies. I used frozen (all beef) meatballs, made a seasoned marinara sauce out of crushed tomatoes & spread that on borth sides of a fresh sub roll. Then I put the sliced meatballs on top of the sauce, layered some Muenster & Provolone cheese over the meatballs and heated / broiled in the oven. Served with the veggies. Nice quickie dinner.
