Tonight's dinner is homemade Egg McMuffins.

Stopped at Roy Rogers and picked up a burger. I didn't realize how hungry I was until I was sitting in the drive thru line. Ate most of the fries in the car before I got home!

Since it was still a little spritzy out and chilly, I'm saving the grilled Delmonicos for tomorrow. Thing1 has been jonesing for LaToleca's Nachos Grande and instead of going out and getting take out, I made some for him.

So, Nachos Grande for him, and loaded soft tacos for me. Ole!

It looks like it might rain again later. I think I'm holding off on grilling if it rains today. I don't want rainy steaks. Tomorrow afternoon it will be clear.

Delmonico on the hibachi, steamed broccoli florets, and baked potato for tonight's feast. I had fricken spaghetti 4 out of the last 6 nights. I've got to invest in some small freezer containers.

Yes, but they are delicious. She made so many (you can't just make a couple) that about half are going into the freezer.

Just dumped everything in the crockpot to make Crack Chicken Penne. Didn't have any ranch seasoning so I improvised with Italian seasoning.

Salmon stuffed with cream cheese, Parmesan and spinach. Braised in garlic butter. With a side of roasted Brussels.

Yesterday, we had the other Delmonicos o bought last week. Tonight bbq'd chickie marinated in Black Cherry balsamic vinegar and a little Italian dressing first.

I want to be ready for the POTUS' town hall meeting on Fox tonight.

We should have a wife-off -- your wife's Halupki vs. my wife's Holubtzi . We men just sit back, drink beer and you know, supervise. Then judge the results
