I'm having a yuuuge salad: the leftover salad from Dreamweaver yesterday and I'll be adding to it with my own fixings. Then, I have the leftover baked parmesan chicken (not chicken parmesan!) to add to it.

And croutons. I love my Texas Toast Caesar dark bread croutons! I went to the store the other day and got 3 bags (I usually get enough for a week or so) OOOPS. I got home and already had a few bags! I'm not hoarding, I just forgot I had them in there.

I love my croutons, though.

It was cute and the forum could use a little cute tonight. JMO

I made a 2nd loaf of banana bread today. I gave that one to Thing2 to take over to the station so he and the guys can share.

Yesterday, I used a different loaf pan and I added dark chocolate M&Ms to that one. Today, I made it plain, because the M&Ms don't melt evenly.

I splurged and bought a little cheesecake from McKay's yesterday. I know it's not the healthiest dessert on the planet, but sometimes you gotta say WTF...
