Where in the hell did you find awesome tomatoes? I'm great with finding so so tomatoes - but awesome - haven't tasted awesome in years. Scallops sound good - how are you fixing them?
Amish guy right before the TJ Bridge. He's there Tuesdays and Saturdays. I thought they would be ok, but I was so wrong! I've been there three times and it's not a fluke. Don't tell everyone.... I also got all my flowers (dhalias, salvia, vinca, geranium and a wandering jew. They are all planted and very happy. :starcat:

This side or the other side?
This side. Can't wait for the jalapenos. Stuff with cream cheese, cheddar and wrap with bacon and drizzle with tupelo honey sauce I buy from Mission BBQ. O.M.G........

Scallops with butter and a little Old Bay in the oven. Super easy.

That's a cool idea! I don't care for tuna casserole, but that's still a cool idea. I'm thinking I could modify that some for Thing1 to make things in the micro. :yay:

Our anniversary was yesterday. Being that we can't eat out, we were going to get carry out. The plan was to get Thai from Sawatdee. Well they were closed yesterday doing maintenance on the kitchen. We thought about Ruddy Duck Seafood and Alehouse. (We have a gift card from Christmas.) They're closed as well on Sunday. We thought about Chief's but agreed they are pretty expensive for what you get. Kevin's is also closed on Sundays. Neither of us felt like driving all over the county yesterday so Chapitico Market was out. Fortunately, my wife really likes Mexican (I'm not a fan) so we wound up at Taco's Hacienda. She had Jose's Especial and I had Beef Tips Street Tacos.
