My sister is coming for a visit and requested that I make my Sausage and Tortellini. I had completely forgotten about this yummy creation.

Sauce: Simmer Cherry Tomatoes in White Whine, Chicken Stock and lots of Garlic (smash the tomatoes when they are soft)

Brown Italian Sausage in a skillet while boiling fresh cheese filled tortellini in a pot

Combine once all is done

I sometimes add asparagus and or fresh basil, whatever I have on hand

We did spare ribs on the grill yesterday using this recipe, https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/jeff-mauro/peach-peppadew-pork-pops-8855847
They were absolutely delicious and fall off the bone tender. I couldn't find peach soda, so I used peach juice, also couldn't find the Peppadew Peppers, so I googled a substitute and used pimento peppers. Overnight in the frig in the marinade, reserve some for basting. About 2 hours on the gas grill at 275. Than let sit for about 10-15 minutes afterwards. 🤤

Just sneakin' around....
Just put a crusted 'tater on the grill, then a strip steak in a while. Made a tomato/onion/mozzarella salad. Went to open a bottle of wine, and the stupid cork pushed down into the bottle. Managed to get a pour, but made a mess.

Grilled chickie breasts that were marinated in black cherry balasmic vinegar & a lemon olive oil vinaigrette, tater tots and a mixed veggie blend of carrots, cauliflower & broccoli.
