Homemade crab cakes, fresh string beans with baby redskin potatoes, fresh corn on the cob and sliced home grown maters!! It was yummy and having left overs tonight.

Just slice, throw in the pan and fry it crisp.

Tonight was grilled lemon pepper salmon and thick cut russet slices, baked with olive oil and salt.

Tonight will be smoked sausage with salsa, peppers and onions over mexican rice.

Last night was spaghetti with sausage and a salad.

I loaded the crock pot up last night with a pot roast, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion. Turned it on this morning and dinner will be ready when I get home this evening.
