Dumbest things people have said to you..

I looked at them at the fair last year.. VERY nice. Don't know about reliablity, but that being said, I haven't heard anyone complain about the reliablility either.

BIG bikes.. seem to be well designed, with some current technology in their motors, braking and suspension.

If I was going to go with a cruiser, think that would be my choice.

They use to (pretty sure they still do, but who thinks snowmobile in SOMD??) make a pretty mean snow-mobile too!

A co-worker has one. He's just thrilled with it. I'm not so thrilled with the overall look of the bike, kinda bulky, wide. But, I would never tell him I wouldn't ride with him, or any other bike.

:yeahthat: I like their style better than Harley, but I don't see myself on a cruiser any time soon either. Other than how they look, I don't know much about them. I also agree with desertrat's comment about the Vision model... :twitch:

Haven't heard any negative mechanical comments on the Victorys but with Polaris as a mother company I can't see them having many issues.
They've made a good move with the stretched "pro-street" styling to separate themselves from the rest of the cruiser herd. The Vision is a love or hate design idea I guess. Lil' too futuristic NESS for me. Probably make a good movie prop appearance somewhere.

I think it looks like a 50s idea of a future bike.

This coming from a Goldwing rider :lmao:

I figured someone would flag that.... :lmao: The GW is not that wide in the center, just lots of plastic up front. The Victory I'm thinking of (not sure what model) has a big ol wide tank like a fat boy. Not my style.

:lmao:couldn't resist a :poke: both great bikes but I can't get passed the Vision's trip trunk(not shown in above pic). Just looks too awkward.

S'ok. Goldwing riders are used to it. Seems to be a real easy subject to pick on.

My buddy calls my GW a barcalounger.

I just don't get the massive number of lights that make them look like UFOs...especially the ones on the front wheel. But, to each their own.

I didn't do that to mine. It's pretty stock. I just replaced the trunk reflectors with lights for more rear visibility. I'm not into the whole "bling" thing. To me, all those lights are distracting.
