I haven’t seen truckloads of them going down the road with feathers flying out looking like a blizzard so I’m going with yes.So is it ok to eat chicken on the western shore?

Now that would just be baiting in coyotes. My neighbor had free range chickens, they roamed the neighborhood, I actually loved watching them. I gave them some bread a few times and they ran toward me every time they saw me, but they never were pests, they always got out of my way when I was walking and mowing the grass, even the rooster was a pretty chilled out dude. The rooster did kick the hens out of the way when it wanted what they had though.
Eh if we had them they would already be around for all the feral cats. Now that would just be baiting in coyotes.
shewEgg price inflation growth is eggsponential.
I used to have a dozen chickens back in the 80s. The eggs were great, and I sold the excess for $1 a dozen to my co-workers. Eventually they all died off or were eaten by raccoons and foxes, so I just stopped doing that. I do miss the fresh eggs tho.
And one time, I noticed they weren't laying, nothing in the nest boxes. Couldn't figure out why. They appeared fine otherwise. Came time to clean the henhouse, looked inside, and found a HUGE pile of maybe 100 eggs underneath the nest boxes. Stupid hens.... stupid me.

The price seems to changing rapidly anymore and varies widely. That's crazy. I get 18 Vital Farms pasture raised eggs for $8 at Target.
For your consideration ...
Don't even get started on bacon and those 1lb sausage roll prices.
Theres' probably a hidden 20% premium kickback to the ####bag Democrats in Annapolis.I just came back from the grocery store and Oscar Meyer bacon was $7/lb. On Mondays Fresh Market has their butcher bacon 2 lbs for $8. And I just got my notice that $3.99/lb ground chuck and boneless chicken breast Tuesday is back to being $2.99/lb.
We're seeing gas go down as well, so I'm curious why Maryland isn't seeing the price corrections.
Did you use the Grey Poupon? :noseinair:I was feeling rich and optimistic today, so I sacrificed a half-dozen eggs for deviled eggs.
