Glitch, you need to do more research, its just like driving without a license, YOu can be arrested beleive what you want, I see it daily, end of story. and hopefully it wont come to that but if it does sorry about you being so hard headed and not listening,
its not the same thing, I didnt say you would I said you could, thats why the box on top of the tickets thats blank, its for looping all the tickets we can WRITE together so when you come to court they are all together, and no I dont watch csi, its all bull --- .
no, if your license is expired you DONT have a valid license, simple as that, yes you had 1 when it was valid but it expired, so there for by LAW you dont have a valid license, subject to arrest,
The only problem with your argument is that I do have a license. I have been issued one, it has expired but I still have one on file. It's no different than a suspended license. It's suspended, you can't drive, but you still have a license. Driving without a license means just that, I'm driving and have never been issued a license.

I doesn't say driving without a valid license, it says driving without a license. As, I already stated. I have one, it's just expired. It's not the same thing. If you want to continue to believe you're correct, despite me having shown you all the information that says you're wrong, that's your prerogative. As for me, I'm about done with this conversation. I'm not at all concerned about being arrested, nor am I concerned about the $60.00 fine. So, enjoy the remainder of your weekend. And have fun wrongfully arresting people tomorrow because you haven't read COMAR since 1972.
So you'd arrest someone for driving without a license KNOWING that it's because a lapse on their part their license expired?
Not because they were DUI and were suspended, but you pull somoene over for doing 37 in a 35 and you put the links on them because they forgot to renew last week?
Wow, I guess some cops CAN be real asshoes. Luckily when I got pulled over I had one with more than a 6th grade education and saw my indisrcetion for what it was. A MISTAKE!
Your a d***less wonder. The cop wasn't telling him he would arrest him, he was trying to save him from getting arrested. You and the other pud toss around insults to the guy who is out there doing a job you are too afraid to do you puss!
Yep, you're right..
I'm afraid.. scared even. To scared to leave my house or walk across the street without calling a cop to hold my hand and help me.
Personally I'm more worried about someone with power and responsibility abusing it. Whether it's a cop or a politician. And even if they aren't the ones doing it, they aren't doing anything to stop others from abusing it.
If there is a cop out there arresting people and putting them through the hell of having to make bail, and everthing else that goes with getting arrested, for not having a license, that cop (or should I say "POLICE MAN") should not be employed by us.
All I saw was this cop giving this guy a good piece of advice and you being you being a jerk.
