Found Dog in Country Lakes

Turbo you can blow me too. I wasn't the one who started being a "b*tch rocket". I don't appreciate being talked to like an idiot and that I am somehow negligent for not finding the owners. NOT MY JOB. I am not obligated to do anything. I wasn't obligated to get him out of the middle of the road. The dog would likely be road kill if I hadn't have gotten him. You folks who profess to be such animal experts really need to get over yourself.

Then don't act like one?

Wow you are a b*tch. Excuse the f*ck out of me for suggesting maybe making a couple quick phone calls would be a good thing...

And he's so much better off with you, being as obviously mentally stable as you are and all. :lmao:

God forbid the 'dog collecter' mentions to her flippin' dog source at Tri-County that she found a stray next time she is surfing through the tri-county shelter for more dogs to add to her assortment. OMG make a phone call? :cds:

You weren't obligated to take the dog into your house, either. Now, I'm not so sure I'm glad you did. I'm starting to wonder if the dog would be better off on his own.

Friggin' nutcase.

And here's the thing. One minute it's :cds: over how long the dogs nails are, which implies disdain for the original owners. The nails aren't really all that bad, his paws were stretched out and they look a lot longer than they actually are, so I don't feel that the owner is some horrid non nail clipping owner. The next there is :cds:because I haven't put up flyers all over the county. Then more :cds:over the poor sad owners who could have every sad scenario happen to them under the sun.

:jameo: :jameo: :jameo:

I love this place.

Okay, I'm not trying to be a ##### to you, but I think I know my forum and its stats just a pinch better than you do. But feel free to run your fingers and tell me all about it. :yay:

Oh I'm sure you do. It's not like I have access to your web stats...

779 views over 51 posts though... I'm just saying you can't expect the entire county to know about this thread.

Ummmm, calling me a b*tch rocket is merely suggesting I make a couple phone calls? Yeah, I'm the nutcase.

And by all means, turbo, feel free to come free this dog from my evil sinister hands. I am sure you will do a much better job at finding the owners than me. Don't forget to bring your choke collar. :yay:

I don't use a choke collar, darling.

I also take the time to train my dogs, mock that if you wish. I really don't care.

IMHO, if you are going to take it upon yourself to shelter and by default confine the dog, you are obligated to at least make some effort to locate an owner.
........

Thanks for taking the dog in and keeping it safe, but dayum, ya don't have to go b*tch rocket because someone asked if you put up flyers...

I consider a phone call 'minimal effort', although if you consider it strenous activity, hey whatever. :lmao:

And uh, I never CALLED you a b*tch rocket, I suggested WENT '##### r*cket'. There is a difference.

I like how you conveniently disregarded the part in the italics, by the way.... :drama: much?

I may have, but don't tell the animal nutties with their special super secret inside sources up at Tri-County. :jet: You'll ruin all my fun.

I figured you did... Tri-County + poster + checked around with the neighbors... I'd consider myself done.

There have been several news stories lately about the increase of animals in our shelters... many are dropped off in the streets. In fact, D.C. animal shelter will let you take any animal over the age of 7 for free. Animals are really innocent victims of our economy and people are letting them go because they cannot afford to keep them.... or have to move.
