FWIW. I worked in D.C. for years. Back in the early 80's the methadone clinics dispensed small one dose bottles, the junkies would take them outside and sell them to the methadone addicts for cash and then go buy heroin. They finally figured out they had to give them small dosing cups and make them take it in front of them, which didn't always turn out well because most were already high on heroin.:dead:

1971ish, bars, restaurants and pharmacies in Glen Burnie was big on the pinball. Roller Derby and Silver Sails were my favorites. Yellow Super Section! Yeah they paid off under the table.

How much dumber can we get.
We are buying crack pipes for knee grows who haven't the money to buy their own crack pipe, but they can afford whatever it costs to buy the hundreds of dollars a day crack to smoke in it.

Am I the only sane person in this country?
