I shoot grass into my street while I'm cutting..
BUT, when I'm done, I do go down the street and shoot it back towards my yard off the road into the little foot wide gravel area between the road and my yard....
If I get lucky, cars drive by and blow it all off the road before I get done though

Should count as littering, IMO.
Easy, ride one 100 yds and park it. Trot back and ride the other one 100yds past the first one. Repeat as necessary.

I don't have a big issue with the clippings themselves. What I don't care for is that if they are blowing the clippings on the road then their lawnmower discharge is pointed toward the road. I hate riding by someone mowing close to the road as I often think how easy it would be for them to pick up a rock and put it through my windshield or side window.
Voice of experience speaking on this one as I was mowing my own yard one day and apparently picked up a rock and put it through my next door neighbors side window of his van, which was parked in his driveway. I didn't know I had done it but once I finished mowing and put the gear away there was my neighbor trying to figure out what had happened, standing in a pretty good debris field of glass. He could not say I did it and I wasn't even sure, but I ended up walking into the house and pulling $200.00 out of the wallet and said if more was needed speak up.
