well im 18, and i dont work anywhere so putting it to the test would be hard... I know my friends where buying them at 16... No reason for a store not to, and honestly if i was 16 and a store woldnt sell me them i would ask to speak to the manager and i would say "either you sell me these or im going to bone my girlfriend without protection"

How's about getting some friends that are 16 or so and try buying them at SFW.

Somewhat off of what has been discussed, but I handed out quarters to the trick-or-treaters one year and to be totally honest, they were thrilled. The little ones just turned smiles on which made me feel great. The parents knew they weren't getting anything bad also. This was whan the razor blades, etc, started showing up and I just thought it worth while at the time. It did cost me a little money, but believe me it was well worth every cent of it.

There was an older lady that lived down the street from us and every year she handed out quarters at Halloween. The kids really seemed to like getting the money in addition to all the candy they received.
