Didn't I read that the project(s) will be subject to the "max 15% impermeable surface" rules?
My island compound in 9d and the island I manage in 7d are both 100% Critical Area but neither have what I would call "onerous" use restrictions on them, in no small part because nothing proposed now or in the future would even begin come close to the "15% limit". I do try to avoid proposing anything in the 100' buffer strip....recent applications and design for erosion control work excepted of course.
