It's not an overturning of votes. It's not voting, thus reducing the number of electors for Biden. But, I will admit that my confidence in this happening is quite low. Even though 8 of the 9 swing states have republican legislatures, I am having a hard time seeing them throwing this country into complete chaos. I wish I had an answer to this. They really must think that anyone that doesn't agree with them are stupid. It's either that or they believe that if they repeat something enough times, it will become truth.
