The last forecast I saw calls for several days of rain as well. From all the posting going on in this thread, I was assuming it was headed our way. Taste of Solomons, Blessing of the Fleet and Oktoberfest at Running Hare are all this weekend. And RH will have a German Oompah band!The last forecast I saw calls for several days of rain as well. The Blessing of the Fleet hasn't been the same since the early 80s. We used to hang out at Colton Point and party with the squids assigned to the transport vessels. One year one of the POs got so drunk he cussed out his Chief. The Chief didn't report him, but they were no longer allowed to hang out with the local riff raff.
I wonder what the weather will be like in San Diego this weekend.
