I bought a cabbage

I like to roast it (cut it into wedges) with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper (450 for about half an hour, turning 15 minutes in)...yum!! I also like to fry it with some onion in a little bacon grease...not so healthy but delicious!!

Hubby loves to cut it up in wedges and sprink it with a little salt and eat it uncooked while watching TV.

Make a cabbage cake for socki's birthday.

and I don't know what to do with it. :ohwell:

I don't want to just boil it. Anyone have a recipe they like? TIA :huggy:

Cut into wedges (8 per head). Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Wrap in aluminum foil and poor in a little Lite soy Sauce. Seal the foil up tight and you can put it in your oven at about 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, or put in on the grill for about the same time, depends on how much you want it cooked. You can substitue Balsamic vinegar for the light soy if you want. (Make sure you use enough of whatever sauce you use to steam the cabbage. Sometimes I add some sliced onion or garlic!
