I did this on Sunday and it kicked butt...Very good. Cut the cabbage in 6 pcs instead of 4.. It cooks better and doesn't burn.. Double the aluminum foil too..
Stuff I want to eat / Grilled cabbage. If you have never had it grilled you are missing out! Cut a head into 4~6 peices, put each on a piece of foil add a couple spoonfuls of butter, and top with bacon if desired. I also season it with season salt.

My daughter boils it in chicken stock and adds chicken and noodles to it. It's delish

One or two cabbage heads Quartered
Add one or two boxes of Swanson chicken stock
Add water to about 3 inches below rim of stock pot
Salt/Pepper/Garlic to taste
Add Worstesesteshire sauce About two tablespoons
Add potatoes chopped small or whatever "small" is to you
Bring to boil then cut heat back to simmer
Cabbage is done when it is soft. A "southern" way to cook it.
A brisket or Keilbasa are optional.
